Jen always takes her time with me on the phone, I feel like they answer my questions, educate me so I can make good decisions, and they treat me like they know me…but in a good way, lol. Both Jen and Bryson sound like they genuinely like what they do. When I first signed up, there was a glitch with one of our policies and it got charged twice, it was going to take a few days to refund so Bryson actually drove the money to our home so we would have it. He said it’s what a good neighbor would do, and they trusted us to pay it back once we were refunded. If that’s not taking their good neighbor role seriously, nothing is! We hope your office stays as amazing as you are, we are happy to be a part of it.
